A recognition model is only the starting point. I brought together hardware, software, client IT and operator workflows to deliver systems that work in daily operations.

As COVID disrupted global travel, I led an initiative to launch a new B2B partner solution from concept to international launch. I brought together partner discovery, product strategy and commercial planning, working with technical and regional teams to turn operational needs into digital offerings.
